The Rockville Tudor is a wonderful place to live. We are located in one of the best villages on Long Island. We offer easy access to New York City, as well as world-renowned beaches, with miles of boardwalk overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Located on the corner of North Village and Hempstead Avenues, residents can walk to fine and casual dining, bars, shopping, drugstores, dry cleaners, fitness centers, and coffee shops.

The village has a thriving downtown with scores of restaurants, bars and shops. In addition, there are commercial banks, professional office buildings, medical office buildings, and an AMC movie theater.

Rockville Centre School District maintains five elementary schools, a middle school and high school that is ranked 48th in the nation and includes an International Baccalaureate (IB) Curriculum. There is also the St. Agnes Cathedral School parochial school and Molloy College.

There are eight parks with fields, playgrounds, athletic facilities, a recreation center, and Hempstead Lake State Park.

The village hosts a number of holiday parades, races, craft fairs and other seasonal events.

Lake Hempstead is located in the 737 acre Hempstead Lake State Park - one of three state parks in the area.
